WALKER/MARCHER DROP-OFF: Marchers and other ‘non-vehicle’ arrivals must walk to their unit from the outskirts of the staging area. Busses and cars can drop off walkers ‘on’ St. Paul Avenue ‘by’ Union Street— do not turn onto Union Street.
