Mission Statement: Standing on conservative values, we engage and empower our members, grassroots volunteers, staff, donors, and political partner organizations to create a committed county party fighting for Republican candidate victorles and issue support.

While we work with national, state and other local Republican parties and conservative organizations to promote candidates and causes, it's the local County parties like ours that are the most effective way to make a difference.

Our County Party has created the unique WisRed Initiative to support committed conservative leaders for local elected offices. See our separate WisRed page on this site for more details.

Waukesha County covers about 580 square miles of which about 30 miles is water, much of which is in the northwest corner of the county and is known as the "Lake Country."
