“The amended version of Senate Bill (SB 946) allows for clerks to begin processing absentee ballots the day before an election. Unfortunately it is a bill with no teeth. Enforcement will be left up to the boards of canvassers, and district attorneys that selectively enforce the law in Democrat communities.
